My name is Angelo, I'm 25, from New York, and I absolutely adore Girls Aloud. My friends and family say it seems that I only listen to Girls Aloud all day every day :). I know it's rare to find massive Girls Aloud fans in the USA, but, I'm definitely one of them. I love absolutely everything about the girls: from the music to the look, it's all a cohesive and flawless girlband composed of five phenomenal girls. What also causes me to love them as much as I do is how easily they make me feel happy. I'm a quite content person as it is, but if I'm feeling slightly down or not, the music of Girls Aloud always makes me smile. I'm not some obsessive loon, but I do collect the singles, albums, limited edition releases, DVDs, compilation & soundtrack albums (just to have every single track ever released! haha), and the singles box-set of course. So, indeed I'm a pretty loyal fan all the way in New York.
Aside from Girls Aloud, I love love love Kylie Minogue. I finally had the chance recently to see her perform live three times here in NYC in October of 2009. As I've seen my other top favorite acts live: Kylie, Janet, Britney, Mariah, & Spice Girls, the only act I'm looking forward to seeing is, of course, Girls Aloud. I'll definitely be heading to the next tour if I can save up enough in time! Hopefully they'll do some contests for us loyal international fans for the chance to attend a live show!

Hi Vanessa. Thanks for the request. I love New York and have loved it here since I was very small. It's a very special place to me but I want to see other parts of the world (I've only ever been to London, but I visited four times! Planning on going back for the next Girls Aloud tour)
I love love love Ace of Base!! I'm sad that Jenny has taken a break from the group though. I was really looking forward to a new album from them :(

I was born and raised in NY and can't imagine myself living anywhere else. It really is an amazing place that you need to visit soon :)
As for GA, I was in London quite a few times back in 2002 and the last time I was there, Popstars: The Rivals was just starting and I followed the show via the internet when I was back in the US. I've been a fan since the beginning. I buy all the cds/dvds/singles/etc via the internet and have found a few items in NY music shops. I'm definitely a diehard GA fan and plan to fly back to UK for the next tour (if there is one hopefully!!)
